Though I have never tutored formally, I have been asked to assist teaching in formal spanish courses in high school, and while I was in Costa Rica (since we were short on chaperones) I was asked to be a tour guide and translator for my group. I have studied spanish for 4 years and have been to Costa Rica for an immersion program. I will begin taking university level spanish in the summer of 2011. I have studied Biology in high school and am studying biology at the 200 level here at the university. Freshman usually begin at the 100 level but due to previous high school classes I was able to start at an upper level class. I'm currently enrolled in University Precalculus and was a Mathlete my senior year. I am proficient in high school Algrebra and have been told that I have a knack for making math "less scary" I've also taken basic computer classes, and work as a computer lab tech for the IT Department on campus. Though not extensive I can teach computer basics.
